Never one to shy away from a little sparkle, country singer Miranda Lambert dawned a sequin gown while attending the 2024 People’s Choice Country Awards on Thursday at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville. Lambert was accompanied by husband, Brendan McLaughlin, who opted for a black monochromatic consisting of heeled boots, slacks and a suede button-down shirt.
The “Tequila Does” singer walked the red carpet in Alex Perry’s gathered, mesh sequined midi dress in chocolate. She paired it with an array of colorful accessories, including jewelry from her line, Idyllkind.
On par with her dress, Lambert wore a metallic gold clutch with rhinestone detailing and ruby red slingback pumps. The look was completed with Lambert’s statement gold chain necklace stack, which featured more turquoise in a fitting horseshoe shape and her drop earrings featuring the same stone.
The country legend’s look was brought to life by her stylist Tiffany Gifford. Most recently, the country singer showed her love for a plunging neckline with a look that featured a crisp black suit and peek-a-boo bra at the MTV VMAs 2024 Red Carpet.
The second annual People’s Choice Country Awards, held at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, are hosted by singer Shania Twain. Miranda Lambert will receive the honorary Country Icon Award, while performers include Kane Brown, Keith Urban and Lady A. The show will be broadcast live on NBC with an option to stream on Peacock.
